As the dedicated CEO of the HEAL Foundation, my journey, inspired by the resilience of earthquake survivors in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, has been transformative. From my experiences as a project officer for AWARD Pakistan, the power of community assistance ignited a profound commitment to uplift vulnerable populations in Pakistan.
Our mission at HEAL encompasses healing, empowering, increasing awareness, and fostering literacy, driven by the spirit of unity to create a future where individuals thrive with skills for a better life. The collaborative efforts of community leaders, residents, and impacted families have showcased the remarkable impact we can achieve together. In the face of special challenges, our supporters, partners, and employees exhibited adaptability and passion in serving both affluent and marginalized communities through initiatives such as medical camps, bedding distribution, and monthly food programs for widows.
Gratitude extends to the Director of Precinct Realtors/Rentals, Humanitarian Project Inc (HPI) Australia for their unwavering support, particularly in aiding Pakistani communities. Despite global uncertainties and the pandemic exacerbating social and economic imbalances, our dedication to systemic change thrived.
